Boys Bronze



This is our introduction to gymnastics class for boys.  If your boy is new to the sport, this is the class for her.  He will work on beginning skills on all six boys events.  He will work on proper body positions and safety. 

Some of the skills he will begin learning are:

  • Swings on still rings

  • Running on vault

  • Springboard work on vault

  • Body shaping on parallel bars.

  • Straddle travels on parallel bars

  • Straight leg casts on horizontal bar

  • Walk up mat pullovers on horizontal bar

  • Handstands on floor

  • Cartwheels on floor

  • Bridges on Floor

  • Front and back support on pommel horse

  • Swing basics on pommel horse

  • Proper positions on still rings


Winter 10/28 - 1/12

Cost: $165

  • Mon: 5pm

  • Tue: 5pm

  • Thu: 4pm or 6pm

  • Sat: 9am, 10am, or 11am

Boys Silver


Once your son has mastered Boys Bronze or if he has has prior gymnastics training, he will move to boys Silver.  In this class he will continue to build off of the basics learned in Bronze. 

Skills that will be taught in this class:

  • Support hold training on still rings

  • Skin the cat dismount on still rings

  • Handstand fall flat on vault

  • Proper swings on parallel bars

  • Support walks on parallel bars

  • Pullover on horizontal bar

  • Spotted back hip circles on horizontal bar

  • Round off

  • Back extension roll to pushup position on floor

  • Proper circle positions on floor

  • Mushroom on pommel horse

  • Leg cuts on pommel horse

Boys Gold


Once your son has successfully mastered the skills in Boys Silver, he is ready for Boys Gold.  Our Gold class offers a range of skills that will prepare your son for skills that would be required to advance to the boys team.  These skills must be mastered in order to be considered for team and you also need a coaches recommendation. 

Skills for this class are: 

  • Jump off board to handstand, fall flat on resi mat for vault

  • Straddle like hold on parallel bars

  • Upper arm swings on parallel bars

  • Underwings on horizontal bar

  • Back hip circles on horizontal bar

  • Proper scale

  • Straddle press to headstand on floor

  • Circles on mushroom

  • Leg cuts on pommel horse

  • Straight arm pike hold

  • Swing to inverted hang on still rings
